The Stay
Twenty rooms.
One courtyard.
No shuttles.
A wedding venue in Kumbakonam with rooms in the same compound: two suites for the bride and groom, two for the grandparents, and sixteen doubles for everyone else.
Hall and rooms, one address
A wedding hall in Kumbakonam
with rooms on-site.
Most halls in the delta send the family to a hotel across town — two or three scattered rooms, a drive each way. JS Grand was built the other way around: a pillarless mandapam and twenty rooms sharing one courtyard, so the whole party stays where the wedding happens. It is the rare wedding venue in Kumbakonam with accommodation measured not in shuttles but in seconds on foot.
That makes the three days of a Tamil wedding feel like one address rather than a logistics problem — the kind of stay a destination wedding in Tamil Nadu is supposed to have.

The Idea
Stay where you celebrate.
A wedding is a 72-hour event, not a four-hour one. We built a wedding venue in Kumbakonam with stay on-site because we did not want our own families driving home tired at midnight and back at sunrise. Yours shouldn't have to either.
